Yep, I started doing some things that first week, stayed off the bike but did some light exercise. 1.5 weeks I rode on the trainer. It was tender getting into the bibs but one mounted I was good to go. I go the blood flowing and i think it helped because each day was rapidly better after that and 3 more days I went on my first real ride.
Now I'm pretty good on the third week but still notice the railroad tracks and any rough road I ride over. Overall, not so bad. Ready to have it out of my mind completely.
