6500 ultegra but a quill stem, and not old enough to have its age add value. 853 tubing and a threaded carbon fork are nice touches. MSRP was $2k, but even in showroom condition I'd bet you'd have to be patient to pull away with $750. If it were me, and $750 wasn't going to change my life, I'd keep it. It's worth more than $750 to me to have a bike like this in the quiver, and anything you'd replace it with wouldn't be as good.

It sucks that paired spoke wheels and quill stems are passé and signs of an older bike, even to newbies, but that's where we are.
It's that exact bike, save for my seat is red, and the handlebar tape is red.

So.....if I keep it.....do I ride it (and risk some 'wear'), or just keep it hanging? If I'm going to ride it...it's at least getting bigger tires, a Brooks B17 saddle (probably), and some platform pedals like the Wellgo MG-1 (in red of course).

Thanks for reading and helping. Always great to bounce ideas around with some feedback.
