So i bought Omniums from some dude offa craigslist and i ran into a very profound problem. I went to Mikes bikes in berkeley to install them / get a gxp bb (The guy selling them didnt have the original) and when the bike mechanics installed it the spider hit my frame. Its an Eigthinch scrambler.. I seen other posts with people having no trouble fitting omniums on their scrambler so im confused.
Is it because of the non-stock bb? (Its a gray sram team gxp bb)
I thought all gxp bbs were compatible, am i wrong?
