No. My guess is that they are attempting to show that this bike can be set up to do bar spins.

What bikes direct bike tops out at 30lbs and is it really less expensive than the Kilo TT? If you are asking about Amazon bikes it may be that you are looking at the shipping weight which isn't the same thing as the bike weight.
