Hi, as I have stepped up my riding this year I come across a few issues. I went and got a very good bike fit and that fixed all but a problem i'm getting with my big toe pain , it's on the pad (bottom) of the toe , and only bothers me after 50-60 miles on the bike.
At one time I had wedges between my cleats and shoes but when I got new cleats I didn't re install them and according to the bike fitter I didn't need them .. There is plenty of room in the toe box section of my shoes (Sidi).
Any ideas would be very much appreciated..
