Haven't had anyone call me Lance, but then I'm female, mid 40s, and certainly not burning up the pavement. However a couple of weeks ago my 20 year old son got a "Hey, there's Lance!" from a couple of elementary school aged kids. While I considered the fact that at that moment the real Lance was in France working on #7, I was still impressed that a couple of 10 year olds in southeast Missouri were even aware that Lance exists!
