According to confente's
Cinelli Timeline, the new flying C logo was designed in 1979, and new bike decals were introduced in 1980. The timeline also confirms the 1982 year per the serial number. I notice the Laser model was introduced in 1981/82. I wonder if they borrowed an extra aero shift lever boss for your frame. This, of course, is pure speculation.
Is that supposed to be a Cinelli "C" on the drillium shift levers? Got any more photos, esp. a full drive-side photo?
Nice bike!
