Well, as much as I would like to agree with you but, alas, I cannot. From a clinical perspective (yeah, I still have to convince these folks to accept the dissertation; but I am basically a head-shrinker sans 9 months ), a mere Poseur would buy, buy, buy without recourse... but, one who is obsessive compulsive connotes all of the mental deliberation that preceeds the purchase. It is the necessary and sufficient process of dwelling, considering, reconsidering, and dwelling again that makes the ultimate purchase precise and gratifying (at least for a couple of minutes)
