(As usual, being a satisfied and enthusiastic owner of one!) I recommend that you consider the Windsor TimeLine. I'm in NYC and the bike is really in its element here. Saying that (and I think it's true for all of the bikes mentioned above), the stock tires will need to be replaced sooner or later. You'll fly on them, but they're not too durable. After a couple of hundred miles, the sidewall deformed on my front tire. On the recommendation of my LBS owner, a Bontrager Race All Weather set replaced the stock tires. Expensive, but a big improvement in ride quality.

Otherwise - also true for the other bikes mentioned - just take care on the sizing.
