I have alerted the seller.
His communication has been spotty but tolerable so far.
(Printed label and emailed that the bike would ship next day then does not actually submit bike for shipment to another 4 days...)

It's a risky world out there.

I for one would also be a little unhappy with the shipper on this one. Why did they except the oversized package without the correct amount of shipping? They took the package excepted amount of shipping they should have to deliver the package.
