Gator, your 2nd pic,

1. Did this bike come with the extra inline brake levers? Looks like no unless they're tilted downwards.
2. Is that an bell or air horn on the left side?

Thanks for the pics. I'm considering one of these steels but want the extra brakes that are normally on CX bikes.
