Ouch!! Maybe aeros would work but I would still want to be very careful of the stiches. Can you raise your bars at all to get some weight off your hands? If it's a newer bike, probably not. I don't know where you got your stiches, but it might also work to get one of of those over-the-counter wrist braces the drugstores sell. That would immobilize (sp?) your hand somewhat and probably protect it a little bit, too.
