I advise against the aero bars. They take some getting used to and are not considered maneuverable. Here is my suggestion: Buy some velcro from a sewing store. Put some on a glove, in the heel of your hand position, and then on your bars. Put lots on both places to give you maximum control and lots of hand positions.
