Sorry if this heads in a darker direction, but mine was a derogatory term for Jewish person. I was quite young...on a BMX. I didn't wear a yalmukah or anything, so it had to be a local teen who knew me. My area had a lot of Jewish kids, but we also had a healthy mix. The catholic school kids were typically a lot less bright than the public school kids and had lower SATs...those schools were often seen as places to send kids who couldn't compete in our public schools, or the better private schools. A lot of those kids were not, shall we say, tolerant of the local Jewish kids.
