My first was too long ago to remember. A few weeks back, I was enjoying the relative safety of a hike and bike trail through a park and called out "passing on your left" to a couple of trail hog peds. One yelled, "you should be on the street". I stopped and explained that the car drivers would disagree, that this was a mixed use trail and I was using widely accepted trail etiquette that she could look up online. I added, "have a nice run" before I left. They didn't say anything and seemed kinda frightened. I sometimes use the street through there, but it has a lot of holes and wide cracks along with cars that are speeding, taking a "short cut".
