I just received my Speed Uno today from Amazon.

But my seat post wont go into the hole (won't go down) and end part is already silverish 'cos i tried to force it in, the clamp is loose but it doesnt help.

My head set clamp (sorry, am new, no idea what it's called) is too tight, i need a LOT of strength to push the clamp all the way up but when it is not folded it is really easy to push up.
