I don't think the the newer model 1.1 has it, and I know both the 2 and 2.1 do have it, so I am asking about the earlier Node 1.

My wife's Incite has a temperature display. Far from accurate!!!
As near as I can figure it out. The circuit board has a temperature sensitive resistor on it that functions as the temperature measuring portion of the electronics. Inside the unit. If you are in the sun the clear plastic cover over the display gives a greenhouse effect. Temperatures indicated are way above actual. Her TREK Incite computers (2 of them) never came close to giving the actual air temperature. Close only when the bike is in the shade or we are riding under a thick tree canopy.
