Well, I picked it up. It needs a battery for the Cateye, new handlebar tape, a new rear tube and some clean up. I plan to try and do the work myself as that seems to be part of the fun. Never done much of that before but hey worth a shot. Who knows if I will end up keeping. Maybe try to ride for a bit after fixed and then resell. LBS did recommend a taller stem as it is much lower compared to todays bikes. Wanted $50 and I passed as I wanted to try it out first. Thanks to all.
