i have a price point "rain jacket/ wind breaker" that is too big for me and flaps like crazy when riding because I bought it when I was 30lbs heavier and I have a performance wind/ insulation jacket that i bought my size but I think sometimes is too warm. I am looking for a good thin light weight wind jacket and a decent rain jacket?

any recommendations?

trying to deal with 55* in the morning and 80% humidity and 80* in the afternoon and slightly less humidity.
