Bontrager Race XXX Lite are good for that because they come shrinkwrapped and easily slide into my small saddle bag. The shrinkwrap comes in handy when it's a rear flat cuz you can use it as a barrier to pinch the derailleur out of the way. Keeps incidental grease contact off your fingers (and subsequently bar tape)
I carry a pair of latex gloves in my saddle back for just this reason. Yes, I have been laughed at and asked what the point was, but the fact is, when I need to fix a flat or make any repair I have no concern for grease or any crude. Just an idea, they don't take up any space.
