Bikes: 2008 OCR 1; 2012 Giant Defy Advanced 2; 2014 Giant Propel Advanced SL1

Has anyone had experience with the Giant Neos Pro+ computer PC Link and the accompanying RideSense software? I've had nothing but trouble with the data downloaded from (2) different computer units.
