Yeah, I had to lay off any exertion friday, as my knees were done for. Still stiffish early saturday, but feeling well by the evening and participated in an alley cat race (more for fun than competitive, but I ended up getting 5th!) and woke up today with my knee hurting again, and had get someone to fill in for a couple soccer games I was supposed to referee, because I don't wan't to screw up my legs by not resting them enough.
