I had interpreted his question as meaning that he didn't know how many spokes he needed and since we don't know what lacing pattern he wants we can't tell him how long etc. I also figured scrod could help him out with the nipples and tape and stuff. I agree that it would be stupid to ask for something through e-mail that could just be calculated on the website.
