first sell that aerospoke, its a boat anchor. was in a similar boat as you are months back. i built some wheels with phil low flange, h+sons archetype, dt swiss aerolites radial front/x3back all in black.(velomine is awesome by the way) rode them for the month and then got offered a sale price on a set of ellipses. i figured why not, i got all winter to pay it off, and if i hate them, i'll sell them. so i bolted them on and took to the street. no problems, no cornering flex, just an ultralight set of wheels. now be it they are super light, noticable to my other wheelset, but just as stiff. i can see how they can appear flimsy, but i haven't felt them massively flex yet. i haven't ridden my other wheels in a while, i may sell them but so far the ellipses are ok. i'm not a lite rider either,speed jumps, curbs, 3 to 4 set stairs are common on my everyday, they show wear but are straight and true.
