Missing seat post bolt
I just purchased a late-80's Bianchi Strada LX in good condition. I just noticed this evening that the reason why the seat was all the way down is because the bolt for the top of the seat tube is missing.

What is the name of this bolt? I looked for it on ChainReactionCycles.com but nothing looked right.
