We have one of those Delta racks in our bike room and have had no problems with it. It's lightweight and easy to move around and comes apart into a small package for easy storage or moving. Probably not good as a repair stand though.
We put a lighter road bike on the top part, and a heavier commuter bike on the bottom (actually resting on floor).
