The battery is built in- recharge via USB. Comes with seat post only, though can order additional rack mount. All kinds of youtube vids on the Hotshot (including a couple from BF's own mechBgon). The new NiteRider Solas 2w is now out and comes with seat post and stay mounts (no vids yet

...).

ETA: The Hotshot comes with a clip, though I can't speak for how strong it is. You can order the rack mount direct from Cygolite here- http://www.shop.cygolite.com/product...&categoryId=74
