Your right that's why i am taking the generator to motor approach,theirs no reason to haul the battery if i can get power directly from the generator to a 36v 600w converter,put a switch in the handlebar and i have power,i will put a kill switch just in case.

Somebody spoke of a small gas engine,illegal in NY and to much noise,about the brakes of course i am planning to put either disc or hub brakes.

I own a Honda eu1000i they are really quiet,found a guy who made a box for it,install intake grill with a hose and 12v fan in front and some kind of heat resistant fan for the exhaust to exit under the trailer.
