Did you give the 30mm ones a try? Maybe they're long enough to clear your brakes? Oh, I guess you'd probably have to shorten those spacers by 5 mm or so also.

The local Ace and True Value dealers here have better bolts selection than Home Depot. Then there's Fastenal, etc.
