I have the tool for that, I'm pretty sure. You need to take the axle out from the NDS first. A picture of the hub like the stock photo shown would be helpful, as would be any markings on the hub.

Once you remove the axle you will see the pattern on the DS for the freewheel removal tool. If not, it's a cassette...two chainwhips.

As stated by others, a bit more of a clue as to what we are looking at would be helpful. Is this a road or mtn wheel, for example.
