Bikes: '86 Moots Mountaineer, '94 Salsa Ala Carte, '94 S-Works FSR, 1983 Trek 600 & 620

If you feel so inclined to replace the BB's once you remove the Hatta retaining ring, just go to your LBS and ask for two (2) # 23 Bottom Bracket Bearings, and drop them in.

If the BB's aren't shot or the spindle isn't worn, just re-lube & install.
