As far as dampers...it comes with:

Damping-Motion Control
External Rebound / Low Speed Compression to Lock, Spring via Air Pressure

So do I want:
Motion Control DNA RCT3
External rebound, low speed compression, 3 position compression (open/platform/lock),

That's only a hundred bucks?
Cool on the nice shake-down ride.

You'll need either that damper, or this one:

First one is as noted, open/platform/lock -with the ability to set the blowoff threshold for the platform level.

Second is more what you're used to - set the compression with the main dial, have the gate set with the little one.

Depends on what you like - I prefer the latter, as I don't have a need for a full lockout, and very, very rarely ride with my compression other than full open anyhow, other than on long smooth or road stretches.
Either one will be an improvement over the stock Sektor damper. IMO, it works great at low speeds and decent sized hits, but when speeds get higher it doesn't work as well - can't keep up with the little stuff and manage the bigger things at the same time, feels sort of harsh. New damper totally got ride of that feeling.
