I assume the finish will be at the top and will do the same route as the Mt Diablo Challenge, i.e., up the left (downhill) side to the upper parking lot with the riders returning back down the right (uphill) side to the lower parking lot where their tour buses will be parked. The question is will they allow spectators on that last 200 meter section or even at the upper parking lot. Not much room on that last section for anyone to stand, let alone for the erection of barricades to keep the spectators from crowding the riders.
Or maybe the organizers will go for a real rider experience and let the spectators go nuts on that last section and crowd the riders down to single-file? Probably not.
