It's an early-70's Peugeot UO-8. It wasn't an expensive bike. Lots of stuff on it are non-original, such as the rear derailleur, pedals, brake levers, rear brake caliper, rear cable yoke, rear brake cable hanger, seat binder bolt, and probably the rear wheel. The fork is also a replacement, and obviously, it is not the original paint job, either. The model was very common, and you can find numerous pictures of this model on the web.
