I am starting to see a difference already.
I've had my bike for about 3 weeks now and I've rode about 70 miles total. I was getting ready to go to sleep last night and noticed that my stomach was a little smaller. I'm not big by any means(6' 200lbs) but I am very happy with the improvement. I have also been eating a smaller lunch when I commute and I think that is key to the improvement.
