Not sure if this will find any interest here, but a lot of DIY'ers in C&V...

I figured out how to make a messenger bag out of trash bags (been done before) without a sewing machine (my addition). I created sheets of 16 ply thickness plastic using a clothes iron, then used said iron to fuse the seams. I will update with more details. Any ideas on where to repost this?
