I wear jeans, an undershirt, t shirt and hoodie to work, get to work, hang my hoodie in the break room and change my shirt and undershirt, the old ones go in the bag, wear the new ones home. I do more laundry this way though. Might look into a moisture wicking shirt and just hang it in the bathroom or something. I'm only riding 5 miles so my hoodie doesn't get sweat. When it warms up I'll lose the hoodie and replace it with a bright green construction vest instead
