That's not allowed here. The general consensus is threadless is better, so you will need to come up with a damn good argument for threaded. Otherwise, this forum will chew you up and spit you out dammit!

Personally if I wanted the more classic look of a track bike w/ threaded headset, I'd buy used off eBay or c-list. You'll probably end up with something nicer (or at the very least, cooler) than a budget new production version of something similar.
