also to add to epic, the affinity low pro does as well.
also http://spicercycles.com/ will do their framesets in 1" if asked, for i belive around 450 or 500.
maybe less i dont remember.

there is a guy on here who had a custome spicer made and it seemed he was pretty happy with it.
