Hi, Amtrak is not as expensive as it seems on the Keystone line... normal ticket is $6.50 one way but I use the AAA discount. So that's $5.85. But then I get 150 "reward points" back per ticket which is worth another $1.50 in macys and CVS gift cards. So net of everything it's about $9 per day.

The bikes "worked out" fine but the first two just broke perhaps a little prematurely.

Bike 1: Downtube IX NS, it lasted 3 years and 3579 miles, the frame cracked near the seatpost entry.
Bike 2: Downtube 8H, it lasted 2.5 years and 3871 miles, the frame cracked in the same way near the seatpost entry.
Bike 3: Tern P7i (bought in July 2012)... so far 825 miles.
