Gotta wonder why more pannier companies don't do that - I hate having to dig through/unpack my pannier to find my lock when I reach my destination and then re-pack my bags after locking the bicycle...and then on the other end having to unpack my bags to fit the lock back in. Maybe I'll talk to my friend with the industrial-strength sewing machine about how to attach my own velcro loops to my panniers.
