Oct 25, I had an "incident" on the bike which resulted in my current avatar. (Tib & fib +titanium "nail")
The checked My D level and it was a 12, where 30 is "normal".
They immediately put me on 10,000/day, until yesterday where I'm now down to 6,000. (5,000 capsule + 1,100 in my "supplements")
I had absolutely no clue!
I'd suggest for just about everyone to at least take a vitamin tablet/day.
I HAD been taking a generic "senior" vitamin + a calcium, magnesium & zinc tablet, but had kind of gotten away from that during the summer. Maybe IF I hadn't********************?
I get to try to go "bootless" tomorrow. 14 weeks after my breaks.
