It holds air. Sort of. I don't think it would be of any use other than for a wall hanger. I believe I can roll it up so it fits in a small USPS flat rate box. If you want it, let me know.

I wonder why this says Made in USSR (in english) instead of " Изготовлено в CCCP " ?
