Cool generalization, bro. I may ride brakeless most of the time but use nice tires and don't need to ride like an idiot. As Mumonkan said, I'm not going to fly down a hill with a busy intersection at the bottom and have to panic stop if I want to live. Instead, I ride responsibly.

FWIW, I see roadies (who obviously have brakes) riding like wreckless ******** through congested downtown areas - which is something I wouldn't do regardless of whether or not I had brakes.
