So you're well within the weight and a few inches inside the max height. Unless your inseam is very long for your height, I wouldn't think there's a problem.
For a folding bike from the manufacture, it's got a very nice range of gears. It's got a wide range rear cassette on the back, so that should make it easier to find the right gear. (Having the bike in too high a gear and
mashing on the pedals can be bad on ones knees).
I can't tell from the picture for sure, but it looks like one could put a double (or even a triple) crankset on the front if desired. Whether that would be a good idea or not depends on the type of riding you'd do (most people wouldn't find it necessary to do - as I mentioned earlier, this folder has a great gear range for a folder).
Biggest piece of advice: Go find one and ride it. It looks like a nice bike, but if it doesn't work for you then everything else is irrelevant.
