So you're well within the weight and a few inches inside the max height. Unless your inseam is very long for your height, I wouldn't think there's a problem.
For a folding bike from the manufacture, it's got a very nice range of gears. It's got a wide range rear cassette on the back, so that should make it easier to find the right gear. (Having the bike in too high a gear and mashing on the pedals can be bad on ones knees).
I can't tell from the picture for sure, but it looks like one could put a double (or even a triple) crankset on the front if desired. Whether that would be a good idea or not depends on the type of riding you'd do (most people wouldn't find it necessary to do - as I mentioned earlier, this folder has a great gear range for a folder).
Biggest piece of advice: Go find one and ride it. It looks like a nice bike, but if it doesn't work for you then everything else is irrelevant.
Cheers,
Charles

Haha hey I'm that guy: https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...etry-Knee-Pain
I'm 5'11", so just an inch shy. At my height I haven't maxed out the seat adjustment, and there's more than an inch left so you ought to be fine there. I weigh in a little less at about 167 lbs/76kg.
I love the bike, although I do get knee pain when riding hard or for long distances. There is a likelihood that it's not related to the bike geometry and is more related to the fact that my knees are a bit weird to begin with. I wish I could tell you conclusively it's one or the other, but I'm still trying to figure out the problem.
I asked the same question in my thread to Tern, and Josh Hon, the founder of Tern replied with this:

Our seat tube geometry and your position relative to the pedals is quite standard so that should not be the issue. You might experiment by sliding the saddle a bit rearwards since the seat post doesn’t have any offset.J
