it's been said, but with ebay there are a number of ways you can approach a refund, and usually griping to a seller that there was a tiny blemish that was not picked up by the camera or disclosed by the verbiage of the auction description will get you a partial refund or some sort of retribution. most sellers live in fear of negative recourse from ebay since the buyer is protected so damn well. also, most sellers (the conscientious ones at least) will do anything to avoid bad feedback. being nitpicky without overstepping the boundaries of greed will go quite a ways.
