Well im new here and did post in the intro section but didnt want to cluter it with my problem but know i can get some answers in this thread. I bought and unknown modle and year Bianchi a few weeks back from a local craigslist posting for $20. The price wasnt the catch but the Bianchi name was. It looks hammered, no wheels a rusty frame, shimano componets with a sakae mtb stem, a green rusted flat bar and a giant saddle. I honestly didnt know what modle or year it was and nor did the seller but he said he had no time for it so he was selling it. So after buying it i started searching online and also in my home workshop. What i did find out is that it took 27" wheels and 700c so off the bat i knew it was some sort of hybrid. It came with a 1" headset which i though was kinda weird and the rear dropouts didnt have the integrated rear derailluer tab, instead it was on the derailluer itself. It had the Eduardo Bianchi eagle in grey on the head tube with Bianchi on the lower tube and the seat tube. The original paint was black and the declas were kinda faded. Can someone please help me on this cause even Daniel from Bianchi cant tell me what is is and ive emailed him a few times. Ill try to post up pics, for some reason they came up kinda small.
