There is a lot of road cycling here and I think that's because road biking is want most of the 50+ members do. I will start the occasional thread having to do with mountain biking and usually it's well received.
There have also been commuting threads and even some A&S style dust up threads. I see no problem with 50+ folks being proud of how many mile they ride, especially birthday rides.
