BTW, did you all notice what I did there? I made a reference to a complete cyclist thus keeping my post somewhat on topic.
It's a lot of work, and everytime I make gelato, I get in trouble for using up all the eggs in the house. Pizza is easier, and a lot more popular with Mrs. Gravity Aided, due to the egg thing. I may have to get chickens. They may cut into my cycling opportunities, just to keep on topic.
